By accessing or using our website, purchasing our services, or attending our retreats, classes, workshops, or other events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and must be over 18 years old and of sound mind to use our services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Payment
Payment for all services must be made in full in GBP £ unless otherwise specified. The Client agrees to the full total payment plan outlined for the program/course/retreat/membership. By selecting the payment plan option, you are agreeing to pay the full amount of your selected payment plan regardless of whether the program is used or not. The Client understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding payment plans:
a. Payment Obligation: The Client is obligated to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or consequences as outlined in this agreement.
b. Late Payments: In the event of late payments, the Client may be subject to late fees as specified by the Facilitator. The Facilitator reserves the right to suspend access to the program until all outstanding payments, including late fees, are settled.
c. Default: Failure to fulfill the payment obligations as outlined in this agreement may result in default. In the event of default, the Facilitator reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover the outstanding balance, including but not limited to collection agencies and legal proceedings.
d. Modification of Payment Plan: Any requests for modification to the payment plan must be submitted in writing and approved by the Facilitator. The Facilitator reserves the right to accept or reject modification requests at their discretion.
e. Non-Transferability: The Client acknowledges that the payment plan is non-transferable and may not be assigned to any third party without the prior written consent of the Facilitator.
f. Termination of Services: The Facilitator reserves the right to terminate access to the Group Container in the event of default or breach of this agreement, without providing a refund for any payments made.
2. Membership Access and Duration for The Within World
a. Membership Duration
Membership grants you 12 months of access to exclusive content, live calls, and resources from the date of sign-up. If you sign up before 1st December 2024, your access will begin on day 1 of your payment for 12 months.
b. Scope of Access
Your membership includes:
Three live group calls per month.
Access to all past and future programs released during your 12-month membership.
Ongoing access to three live-running programs during your membership period.
Participation in an exclusive group chat for members.
Access to all content is strictly limited to the duration of your active membership. Once your membership ends or is canceled, you will lose access to all content and resources.
Held liable for the full cost of the 12-month membership, regardless of whether the term has been completed.
No refunds will be issued for such violations.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Initial Cancellation Period
You may request to cancel your membership within the first 30 days of signing up if you feel the container does not align with your needs. However, to qualify for cancellation:
You must have attended all live calls during this period.
You must have actively participated in the community to make a fair assessment of alignment.
Attendance will be verified before approving a cancellation request.
b. No Refunds After Initial Period
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the first 30 days. Membership is a 12-month commitment, and full payment is due regardless of whether you choose to discontinue early.
c. Payment Plan Obligations
If you are on a payment plan and choose to cancel:
You will be charged for all programs and resources you accessed up to the cancellation date.
These charges may exceed the total cost of the 12-month membership.
Membership access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will be terminated.
Ineligible for any refunds.
3. The Nest Membership
a. A monthly rolling membership, this is an unlimited members space, at £47 p/m on a 30-day automatic billing cycle, if you wish you cancel your payment plan and access will stop at the end of the month payment cycle. Access begins immediately upon payment. General Terms and conditions apply across the board
4. No Guarantee of Specific Times or Facilitators
The Inbody spaces do not guarantee specific times for live calls or the continuous availability of a particular facilitator. Members are encouraged to attend live sessions as per the updated schedule provided. The timing and frequency of live calls, programs, and events are subject to change at the discretion of the membership provider.

a. Confidentiality of all Inbodyamy Resources
All resources, live calls, recordings, and additional materials provided are strictly for your personal use. Sharing your login credentials or redistributing membership content in any form is prohibited.
b. Violation of Terms
Any member found sharing login credentials or membership content will be:
Immediately removed from the membership and all related programs.
6. Community Guidelines
a. Respect and Integrity
This membership fosters a collaborative and supportive environment. Members are expected to:
Respect the ideas and contributions of others.
Avoid copying, stealing, or claiming other members' ideas as their own.
7. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While this membership aims to provide value through resources, live calls, and community support, no guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes or results. Your success is dependent on your own actions and participation.
8. Cancellations
Cancellations vary from service to service:
For day retreats, you must inform Amy at least 1 month prior to the retreat for a full refund. Cancellations made between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund, and any cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the retreat will receive zero refund.
For abroad or multi-day retreats, please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided. All deposits are non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
You are aware you are purchasing a program/course, all sales are FINAL with no refunds.
9. Changes to Services
Amy reserves the right to change any course, retreat, or service at any time for any reason without explanation.
10. Liability
Amy and www.inbodyamy.co.uk are not liable for any loss or damage to possessions while in the service with Amy or while using Kaiako Studio. The services provided on our website, in courses, on retreats, or in workshops may affect individuals differently. We do not guarantee any specific results, and we are not responsible for any adverse effects, negligence, pain, injuries, or death resulting from your participation in our services.
11. Medical Disclaimer
Amy, the founder of www.inbodyamy.co.uk, is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice or guidance. The information provided on this website is for educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical advice or treatment for any health concerns you may have.
12. Client Responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or food intolerances that may affect your participation in our services. You also acknowledge that if you have suicidal thoughts, you will not seek any services from Amy, and you will seek appropriate professional help.
13. Use of Photos/Videos
By participating in our retreats, classes, workshops, or other events, you consent to the use of any photos or videos, likeness or story, taken during these activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in advance.
14. Removal from spaces/retreats/program:
The Facilitator reserves the right to remove any Participant from the the product/program/space/retreat if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, bullying, or dangerous, without providing a refund.
15. Intellectual Property:
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, on the website is the property of www.inbodyamy.co.uk or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or display any of the content without the prior written consent of www.inbodyamy.co.uk.
16. Private or group Telegram support via voicenotes:
Access to Amy is from Monday-Wednesday, outside of these times there may be a wait in response.
17. Non-disparagement:
By participating in our courses, programs, or containers, you agree not to engage in any form of disparagement, defamation, or negative commentary regarding other participants, instructors, or the organisation. Respect and professionalism are expected at all times to maintain a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
18. Confidentiality
All information shared with Amy during the provision of services will be kept confidential unless required by law or with your express consent. Any information, stories or context you hear or take in on events, classes or retreat with amy and other participants, must be kept confidential. Any one found to be sharing others information, will be removed from any further interaction with Inbodyamy
19. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.
20. Links to Third-Party Websites

We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites or services.
