What's inside
Day 1 · July 12 · 11am BST · 2 Hours Live
Two hours of live teaching that will change how you understand yourself and what's actually been keeping you stuck. We go into how the mind keeps you in comfortable places, why your body holds the key to breaking that pattern, and how to create real action before confidence ever arrives. Live journalling, body-based practice, and you leave day one already moving.
You'll walk away knowing exactly where fear lives in your body, what it's actually trying to tell you, and how to move through it instead of waiting for it to disappear.
Days 1-30
One mission every single day. Each one designed to make you move before you feel ready. The missions are guided, prompted and themed around your goal, so you always know exactly what to do, without it feeling overwhelming. Think of it as a path, not a to-do list.
Week 1 · Honesty- Smaller, potent actions that get you showing up as the future version of yourself. Booking, committing, investing, before you feel ready.
Week 2 · Courage- Bigger, braver moves. The ones that make your heart beat a little faster. This is where evidence really starts stacking.
Week 3 · Expansion- You've built momentum. Now we stretch. Things you didn't think you could do. Watch yourself prove yourself wrong.
Week 4 · Self-Trust- The final week. By now you have the evidence. This week is about owning it.

Four deep experiences - teachings and practices woven through each week - designed to move the resistance from the inside out. This isn't just mindset work. It goes deeper than that.
