These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the use of this website (www.inbodyamy.co.uk, join.inbodyamy.co.uk) and participation in all programs, trainings, events, and services facilitated by Amy Morgan trading as InBodyAmy Limited (“Facilitator,” “Company,” “we,” “our”). By purchasing, enrolling, or using this website, you agree to the following:
1. Scope & intention
InBodyAmy Limited provides somatic practices, business guides, retreats, trainings, certifications, and digital programs. These offerings are designed for personal and professional development. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Your growth depends on your own participation, embodiment, and integration.
2. Payments & refunds
All payments (paid in full or via instalment plan) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By enrolling, you agree to complete all instalments as contracted, even if you choose to withdraw.
Retreats are the only exception: cancellations follow a tiered refund structure (deposit always non-refundable). See retreat booking pages for full details.
Payments may be processed as recurring instalments via Stripe, PayPal, or other providers. Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
3. Participant responsibility
By engaging with any InBodyAmy Limited offering, you agree to:
Take responsibility for your own mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Show up with commitment, respect, and self-leadership.
Honour community guidelines: confidentiality, inclusivity, and non-disruptive behaviour.
Unsafe, discriminatory, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal without refund.
4. Health & wellbeing
Our programs may include practices such as breathwork, somatic processes, movement, shadow work, and other modalities. These can be emotionally and physically activating. You agree that:
Participation is always invitational; you may opt out at any time.
You are responsible for informing us of relevant health conditions.
You have consulted a medical provider where appropriate and accept full responsibility for your participation.
InBodyAmy Limited and its facilitators are not medical professionals (unless otherwise stated) and cannot be held liable for adverse outcomes.
5. Intellectual property
All frameworks, downloads, recordings, templates, methodologies, and brand assets remain the intellectual property of Amy Morgan / InBodyAmy Limited. You may not copy, repurpose, resell, or teach this content without explicit written permission.
Certification graduates may describe themselves as Certified InBody Space Holders but may not use the “InBody” name in the title or promotion of their own retreats, workshops, or events.
6. Media & confidentiality
Community spaces are confidential. You agree to honour the vulnerability and lived experience of others.
Photos or videos may be captured for marketing purposes; you may opt out with written notice.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including illness, natural disasters, or government restrictions).
8. Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first seek resolution through open communication. If unresolved, mediation will be pursued before legal action. Jurisdiction resides exclusively in the UK.
9. Insurance & health & safety
We are insured with Hiscox and have tour operators liability cover through Towergate.
